Privacy
This page explains what data the platform processes, why, and what rights you have.
What data we process
When you book an appointment or a treatment programme: name, email, phone number and your appointment times. Nothing is stored until you submit the booking with the consent box ticked — not before.
When you use the patient portal: messages to the clinic and answers to between-session tasks. This is health data and never leaves the platform — it is never sent by email.
Payments are handled by the payment provider; we store amount and status, never card numbers.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies only: one for portal sign-in and one for staff sign-in. No tracking, no analytics, no third-party cookies. That is why there is no cookie-consent prompt — there is nothing to consent to.
Where data is stored
All data is stored in the EU. No personal data is transferred outside the EEA.
Your rights
Access and portability: in the patient portal you can download everything we hold about you as a machine-readable file at any time.
Erasure: contact the clinic to have your data deleted or anonymized. Note that bookkeeping and health-records law may require certain records to be kept for a statutory period.
You may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
